The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, growth-minded, and has a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about wellness, team development, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Spa Manager Performance Will Be Based on the Following Metrics: Membership Conversion You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program. Revenue Growth You know how to drive revenue through strategic scheduling, marketing initiatives, service upgrades, and retail opportunities. Recruiting & Team Development You are passionate about building and developing a team of talented spa professionals who provide outstanding service. Operations Excellence You measure and deliver results, create a strong membership base, and ensure a consistently exceptional client experience while maintaining smooth daily operations.
